Electricity is INCLUDED in the price of your holiday.
A Security Bond is required to be paid to reserve the booking. This bond will be held until the caravan has been checked for damages and cleanliness. If any damages are found or excessive cleaning is required the bond will be used to offset those costs.
In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked, departure must be before 10am on the final day of your break. You are still permitted to use Butlins facilities on that day.
. Keys will not be released before 4pm on the day of arrival from Office Services, but access to side is permitted from 12pm.
. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for ALL members of the party and must make good any loses or breakages on a like for like basis. Any damage done to the caravan or its contents during your stay will be repaired by the use of the Security bond as stated previously in the terms and conditions.
. Prior to departure, keys must be returned to SERVICES OFFICE before 10am. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the security bond to replace the keys so access can be made to clean the caravan.
. NO smoking is permitted ANYWHERE in the caravan. Any indication of smoking taking place will forfeit the security bond for cleaning purposes.
1 Any items found missing will be replaced by using the security bond.
. Some Butlins facilities / entertainment may not be in operation during your stay. This is out of our control or influence and therefore we cannot be held responsible at any time.
. The security bond will be refunded by post or Paypal after all checks have been carried out and no damage or cleaning is required. The bond will be dispatched within 7 working days of your departure.
